Troubling new law affects taxpayers …

In Palm Beach, the Property Appraiser just filed suit against that VAB, claiming unlawful conduct based upon the same new law – and in our opinion it seems stretching the authority of his position too, but that’s a different subject.

The statute, causing all this trouble, is 194.014.
